those on low carb diets........
do you take in a significant amount of fat?
for instance, im going to do low carbs with my ratio's as follows (2400) cals
protein: 240 grams, carbs: 150, fat: 90 grams.
would i be taking in too much fat? in saying that, 40-50% of that fat would come from flaxseed oil.
