What can you suggest for breakfast other than eggs/oats?

This is also my pre-workout meal. I have been trying to do 6 egg whites 3 eggs but I don't like the taste of eggs and I never finish eating it. I tried the eggs with salsa hoping that would help but nope. And oatmeal is just as bad for me. I don't like the taste. So I ask, what would you recommend that is close to the nutrition I am getting from my 6 egg whites 3 eggs? During the day I already eat a lot of chicken and natural peanut butter. Something easy to make would be awesome of course. And I am trying to lose fat / cut. Thanks.

Thanks man I'm sure it sounded like a stupid question but I guess it's early and I couldn't get my mind thinking. I forgot how awesome Hillshire Farms turkey is, I'll probably try hittin that up for breakfast.

It wasn't a stupid question! Just don't eat stuff that you don't enjoy! It makes things a lot harder.

Want to know why it sounded like a stupid question?

Because it was a stupid question......

Normally I wouldnt be so critical, but your 19 man....honestly.

Dont lie...it was stupid. Why would we eat things we dont like?

But he is right, any carb and protein source is fine for your pre-workout meal. If your question had more specifics behind it, it wouldnt sound so rediculous.

I've become SICK of oats for breakfast so I changed it to cream of wheat on cinnamon along with a serving of peanuts and I really like it. Bagels are another carb source you might want for breakfast, or bread.
