Ok...need some help here.
When I do squats, I tend to get broken blood vessels on my shoulders from all the weight that sits up there....how do i prevent this?
I'm sure a bar with 245 lbs for reps on it isn't good for my shoulders...so how do i release them from this broken blood vessel hell.

a) you just get used to it as you do them more
b) you arent letting the bar sit on your traps properly and it is moving around as you squat
c) you dont. your body is just prone to it
