Adonis belt
Can you have an adonis belt naturally? I mean, on my left side, I have one peaking quite a bit and I haven't done any leg raises..and I never, if ever work my abs.

Yup, you sure can!
low body fat can make your abs/belt visible
Remember that you use your core in almost every exercise you do.

Yes you can. Some people just have a good adonis belt without doing anything at all. Good adonis belt genetics and low bodyfat = win.

Hey quick question, the transverse abdominis is the outer oblique right? If you train that will it create a thicker more defined apollos/adonis belt?? (maybe i meant just obliques)

You mean when your muscle sticks out past your hips like that ^^^
I have that (more subtle though) and I think it's mostly genetic because I've had it since I was a teen.

Yeah u can have an adonis belt if u train abs and achieve low body fat... but I've read that genetics play a role as well- cuz someone with very low BF and defined abs might not have one, whereas someone with higher BF could have one. Depends on ur genetic architecture to a degree.

Serena Williams has an adonis belt. Which means she's mostly muscle.

I see it on the above poster. And indeed Serena does have a badass ass. Shes pretty jacked too.
Ive always had a natural Adonis belt myself, but if it overshadows your mid obliques, that can look really gross. So do them Swedish abs!

not so much on her v,...but yeah i did see other pictures of her at a thinner state with one, but calling her mostly fat, no, that was my point.
and it's not like she's super thin in this photo, hence my point.

Serena is just really broad. Her body structure makes her appear to be really big. If she had a more femanine musculoskeletal structure, she would appear smooth and curvaceous.

I'm not surprised there's no adoration of Serena's body on this site- she's not exactly the type of woman most women around here want to look like. If you catch my drifts.

If I had her structure, I could play Middle Linebacker at my weight...
