I am planning to use this supplement. But I don't know how to use it? Can you give me some knowledge on how to use what time pre workout or after work out, before you sleep, or when you wake up. Also how much scoops you should use or how much milk or water you should use? I weigh about 155 looking to get up 170.

the milk only comes out to be like $60 a month

but buying a months worth of the RB5000 would come out to $600+ if you took it as directed.

just drink a gallon of whole milk everyday, that'll put some weight on you

don't know why everyones ripping on this kid

go to walmart , you can find generic milk as i do for cheap, get 2% if you're looking to put on some weight

i would stay away from this russian bear bull---- just supplement company in interest of personal profit..

get on whey protein and lift heavy sleep a lot and drink plenty of water

if you cant afford the milk , use tap water . dont be a pussy and drink it all up . now go lift

Depends how you do it... directions say a serving can be split up to 4 days. If you do it like that one container will last you like 10-12 days. So a months worth would be $75 if you did it like this.

This product still seems kinda outrageous to me though. I'll try it one of these days just for fun. I hear it at least tastes very good.

If you can't avoid a gallon of milk a day, drink half a galon and add peanut butter to your diet.

haha I'm not sure but I've had it before and drank all of it in about 3 hours. I didn't eat for the rest of the day (had it around lunch) and felt like I had a brick house in my stomach. after that I started just making 1 shake with a half scoop instead of making a whole gallon of milk and that just felt like one brick in my stomach but I kept it all down.

I love the whole "Russian" series that was available when I was a kid (25 years ago). The Russian Bear was the best known...SECRET PLANT STEROLS of the Russian Olympians.

Russian Bear was pill based in my day.
