    salad dressings.

    At work there are these individual packets (1oz.) of creamy italian dressing. Are these ok to eat about 1 a day?

    stats: 110cals, 12g fat, 2g carbs, 0g protien

    has HFCS in it though...

    yes just remember to keep total carbs around 20 or so

    shouldn't this # vary from person to person though. If someone is only eating 1,500 cals it is a lot easier for them to keep carbs 20g or under. For someone like me who is eating 2,400 cals/day it is extremely hard for me to keep carbs under 20g. Its almost unrealistic honestly. I'm shooting for under 40g...does this sound acceptable?

    Some people can have up to 100 grams a day and still stay in ketosis. Key is spacing it out so you're not having more than 10-15 at one sitting.

    I agree with you there.. I try and be around 30g.. Eat roughly 2000-2200 calories When i add everything up its about 50g or so. then subtract my usual 15-17g fiber its about 30-33g a day.. Also i heard you dont count the PWO carbs in your carb count. So if you use 15g dextrose in your whey shake that should bring you down to <20g total.. However when you add your macro's you go with the 30g or so. I find it very hard to be under 7% carbs.. Would be much easier if calories were lower.

    I eat 20 a day max.. With one to two cheat meals a month to recharge and enjoy some bad food... To answer your question if the carb count fits into your personal macros then go for it. I eat a packet of caesar 3x a week and never had had a problem.
