PROMO: Best of the best stack
Animal was fortunate enough to win two awards at this past weekend's Olympia expo.
Animal Pak won for Multivitamin of the Year for the 5th consecutive year.
Animal Flex won Joint Supplement of the Year for the 4th consecutive year.
We would like to thank all who voted.
I was fortunate enough to be at the expo when we received the awards:
Pak and Flex are considered the best of the best when it comes to their respective categories. They are considered staples by many a bodybuilder in our industry. I personally know many pros (even guys who are sponsored by other companies) that use them. Whenever I am at a trade show they always ask for Pak and Flex.
In celebration of the awards we are going to give away 10 combos of Pak and Flex. We would appreciate it if you kept a log or at least do a review of the products.
Ideally we are looking for candidates that either have not used this combo before or are using another companies multi/joint supplements however we will consider everyone. Please state your case in this thread why you think you would be a good candidate.
Rules: 18 and over and U.S. address only

Ok
Im preparing for a show March 20 its a natural show in the inbf, and im living in brockport ny attenting school, and my training partners are pushing me very hard, and im starting to go heavy ot pack on that extra masss, i feel that a joint supplement would be very benificial to allow to get though those heavy workouts without having to worry about my knees and elbows hurting during the squats and skull crushers,
thanks a lot
natural guy how was the olympia?

just started out
I just started the journey to to monster body. After getting discharged from the military with bad knees, these supplements would greatly aid in reaching my goals, since the normal 1-a-day just isnt doing the job any more.

Currently using Orange Triad as an all in one Multi and Joint while I'm cycling off of SuperCissus RX (I use Sportpharma Multi-v while on this). Can't say that I'm in search for a replacement or intend to in the future, as I have no complaints about this regimen right now. But I'm always open to trying something different, as I've learned that carrying an open mind in this industry through constant trial and error is what goes together with your body as it changes through time.

I've actually used both Pak and Flex before, but its been quite a while- used orange triad for a long time, and now I'm using NOW Adam and BCS Elastiflex. I'd be curious to see if theres anything I've been missing out on. I do a strength oriented program with squats 3x's a week, so my joints could use all the help they can get.

I would love to try Flex. I've actually been debating for a while now whether to try it or not.
I'm currently using Orange Triad. Started using it when I badly twisted my ankle a few months back and it really helped a lot. When I really start pushing myself it starts to bother me though. I was thinking maybe Flex would help me out more. I also stubbed my toe pretty bad last week. It hurts when I bend it. Was hoping maybe flex would help this out as well.

I have been interested in trying out some Universal products for a long time but I have yet to do so. I'm currently taking Walmart Multi's and nothing for my joints, which are completely horrible (they are always hurting, popping when I bend just about anything). They kill me during my lifts! I could definitely benefit from this comb and would love to run these products and would post an honest review at the end.
Thanks for at least the consideration if nothing else.

i would love to give these supplements a try. ive been lifting for the past 6 years. five and a half of those years were virtually pain free. in the past few months i have been experiencing horrible shoulder pain. the injury is really hampering my progress in the gym. i lift 7 days a week, and need something to help nurse my shoulders back to health. i have heard great things about animal flex and animal pack. i would love to give them a try and see if they can help heal my joints.

I would be more than happy to do a review or log both products. I've never used either of them before and have always wanted to. I have an ailing shoulder and I've wanted to see if Animal Flex would be able to help me out in that area. It would be very easy to see if Flex is helping me out as far as pain and stability. I've also been tempted to buy Animal Pak just to see how much better it would be than a generic multivitamin, and this would finally give me the opportunity to do so.

I would like to try out these products. I have never taken a joint supp before but my body can use it. Tore ligaments in both ankles, tore ligament in left thumb, separated left shoulder and have tendinitis in right elbow. All baseball injuries but I keep playing and lifting...although have to stay away from certain lifts.
I will log and review. Thanks

Animal Pak & Flex
arlright, i've used a couple different kinds of vitamins, not a lot, but enough to know that nothing is even going to come close the pak. a lot of people don't include a good multi v like animal pak in their supplement regimen. i don't know why they dont, maybe because it isn't flashy or maybe because it doesn't say anywhere on the package that you'll put 10 pounds on in a week. I don't know why, but the fact is a good multi v is absolutly neccesarry and there is none better out there then animal pak.
as for flex, it's just as much of a staple, it's underrated, even more so then multi v's in my opinion. once again a lot of people just don't think they need a joint care supplement like flex, but what they don't know is if they would try it they probably wouldn't go back. I used to have serious knee issues. I seen a surgeon and flipped back and forth between having surgury or not. The doc basically said as long as your active your gonna be in pain more then likely. Well I am definitely active no doubt about that, so I thought on it for a couple of months and ended up comin across flex one day on the internet. I started taking it about after a couple weeks i started to notice a difference, by the end of my first can i was fixed; no surgery, just a good quality joint care supplement.
Overall you cannot beat animal with any of their products. These two are no exception they're both amazing producing, and will deliever promising results.

First of all, congratulations on the rewards! You guys do have some great products, and we all appreciate what youve done for the bodybuiliding community. I would love to finally try out this stack. Animal pak was actually going to be my next multi vitamin that I started to take once I found it a decent price that I could afford. I work as a valet where I am running anywhere from 4-8 miles over a 4-6 hour shift. As you can assume, running back and forth on the hot arizona pavement is taking a toll on my joints. Animal flex would EXTREMELY benefit me in this case. I cant remember the last time I left a shift without having my ankles and knees killing me by the end of the night. I will gladly post up a review of both products when I have finished them in order to gauge the effectiveness.
Thank you in advance for the consideration and once agian, congratulations!

Hello,
My name is Max, I'm 29 years old. I have previously taken Animal Stak and I most certainly fell in love! Following my past experience with Animals product, I followed up with Animal Cuts, and once again, I was not let down! Therefore, I think it's time for me to expand on my history with Animal and start regularly using Animal products. Seems this would be a pretty good opportunity for me! I'd be more than happy to run a log, and show the community the potential possibilites your products hold!
Heres a little about me....
I started lifting my freshman year in high school for stress relief, and to improve my body structure. I started to seriously lift my senior year in high school. It became a life style. I would look forward each morning to wake up and know my day would be refuled by a trip to the gym. Seeing results, receiving complements, and having a sense of success is what ran my bodybuilding motivation. Although I've never competed in competition, I'm working on it within the next year. I need to cut a bit of weight. I'm 6'1'' 230 lbs. My body type is mesomorph, slightly ecto. I take my diet and nutrition very seriously, as it withholds a special direct result to successful gains.
My diet is the following:
7:15am-
Plate of veggies
2 peanut butter and honey sandwiches
Protein Shake (Milk)
Multivitamin
Vitamin C,D
Fish oil tablet
10am
Glass of Milk, Hand full of Almonds
12pm
Plate of veggies
1 peanut butter and honey sandwich
Glass of Milk
Fish oil tablet
3pm
Protein Shake, Small Cup Oats
6pm
2 Pieces of chicken
side of veggies/fruit
side salad
8:30pm
Protein shake
Banana
My workout schedule looks something like the following:

Heck, I'd give a review WITHOUT the contest, but what the heck, count me in. I started Pak last year, and Flex earlier this year. I'm a bit over two years out of major back surgery, and have, over the years, messed up just about every joint I own. I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees, secondary to miltary trauma, over 20 years ago. I can tell you for certain I wouldn't be squatting without Flex. I had arthritis surgery to reduce overgrowth in the acromion and glenoid process in my left shoulder in 2004, but even so, I wouldn't be benching or pressing as heavy as I am without Flex.
With Pak, I have had the energy to push my body harder than I have in years, with the happy result that I'm putting on muscle faster than I could've dreamed -- 17 pounds of clean, lean muscle in 11 weeks so far. I'd -never- have thought I could do that at age 55. Yeah, I'm using other stuff from Animal/Universal, too -- Pump, Nitro, EAA Stack, Ultra IsoWhey and RealGains. I'm absolutely certain I'd never have done this well without Animal!

I have never tried any of the pak or flex products but hear good things about them in the past I have taken the Met-Rx Arsenal and found it to be very good. I am a runner and once a week I will go to the track and run a few laps but the down side is that my joints particularly in my knees get really sore afterwards, the same things happens when I do Plyometrics or other advanced cardio routines. I would very much like to try these products out and see how they help me.
