good supplements 4 me?
Man I am so confused about whats good for me.
What do you guys think about all of the testosterone boosters and stuff gn sells?
I was thinking about just getting a protein shake thing and a good pre energy workout shake like no explode, but I don't wanna waste money if it wont work. I have been down on energy in the gym and I make sure to eat before I go, but the increase in my lifts were great this past month , but then after that it kind of went in a slump again.
Or are most of them not worth it and should I just eat more and concentrate on getting everything from that???

Have you been taking anyone so far?
Generally, protein, creatine, and a vitamin are the starting points, and good diet of course.

well I took syntha 6 but I didn't have the money to constantly get a new tub every 15 days. It was like 30 servings so I had one everyday. Besides feeling fuller I really didn't notice anything. I havn't tried creatine, is that something I would need? I don't have alot of money so I would like to try the best things I need. I mean their are like 1000000000 different supplements and half of them seem like they promise ten pounds of muscle in a week now.... With all of the fake marketing its hard to kknow what you do need

At your height and weight I'd say just EAT: lots of nutrient dense food, a multivitamin if you think you need it, and a protein/weight gainer if you can't get enough protein or calories.
Don't worry about NO Explode. Its benefits are not long lasting and the money you spend would be way better spent on food/protein. You should look at Isogainer - high quality protein sources, complex carbs like barley, oats and oat fibre, and added KR-ALA, borage and flax.

Also, just to clarify: creatine is far, far less important than getting adequate protein. If you aren't already eating 5-6 protein-rich meals a day then you should prioritize a protein supplement over creatine, big time.

Sounds like it. You just need to eat lots, if you don't have much cash you will be better off spending it on high carb/protein foods rather then supplements.

If I was you I would take a couple of scoops after workouts and a couple some other time during the day in between meals. No need to take the full serving.
