Smarter Idea: Protein Shake or MRP Post workout?
I could either use a packet of choco myoplex.
Or Mix some water or milk with some scoops of optimum whey.
What's the best solution?
BTW, how many scoops should i put in???

My PW shake is water + optimum whey + dextrose + creatine.
