I don't care how strong I am/get.
Here is what I'm doing currently:
Monday-Back biceps
Barbell rows 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
DB row 3x8
Barbell curl 3x8
Tuesday-Chest Triceps
Barbell Bench press 3x5
CGBP 3x8
Incline DB press 3x8
Dips 3x8
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Legs
DB squat 3x5
DB lunge 3x8
Leg press 3x15
calve work 3x15
Friday-shoulders traps
DB OH press 3x5
Side laterals 3x8
Upright rows 3x12
DB shrugs 3x5
Saturday-off
Sunday-off
I train abs on monday, wednesday, and thursday. No cardio, no rubbers.

Rip's SS would be optimal for you. All beginners gain a significant amount of mass if they eat right, and the people who do SS correctly gain a huge amount of mass off of it. You say you don't care about strength, well strength should be your main concern, especially becuase you are a beginner. I have always noticed the stronger I get the bigger I get. If you don't want to do SS, then make sure your at least doing a full body routine focused on strength.
