looking for advice on BF% drop
Little info:
6"0'
210 lbs
bf%17-20% not really 100% sure where it is between that but I know it is 20 or less
Sups- No Shotgun and Monster Milk
Ok, so I am finally going to start a cut to get down in my BF% and so that I don't have to do another BF% test for the AirForce when I leave for Basic on Feb 2nd. I am starting a clean diet this week consisting of greens, veggies, fish, super lean red meats, eggs, and little fruit.
Here is where I need the help for you guys. I am not really sure what kind of cardio would be best. I was thinking of rotating a routine of HIIT and a nice steady lengthy pace. Something like HITT one day and the next just jog for 45 mins. Reason being is that I work two jobs with one being at 3am-8am at UPS as a unloader where I am contently moving and lifting box's and such for 4 hours straight and then going to work at Moe's Southwest Grill for 4-6 hours. I am looking to do cardio once a day 6 days a week and weight lift at night. Also with this drop in calories I am looking for a new routine for my lifting, I have also hit that point where I need a change in it. I was doing a program called "Freq Out" it was written up in Muscle and Fitness Mag. I loved that routine, worked GREAT defiantly have seen great gains. So what would be a good routine to pick up that would be similar to it? I will be posting a few starting pics and once a month until I leave for basic I am going to post a few progress pics. Thank you for any advice, suggestions, and motivating comments. Will rep!
