Hey all,
I have been on a bit of a rollercoaster this year.
First I cut to 160 and realized that i needed to work on some stuff (e.g. abbs
then I bulked to 200, gaining 40 lbs and some fat along the way
then i felt fat and cut to 180
Since then my weight has crept back up to 200. I think that I am leaner than the last time I was at 200.
Questions - what should I work on? I know its only a front relazed pose, but any feedback is welcome. Second, I am thinking to keep bulking to 220.
Separately, I am on no supplements whatsoever. Should I be? Does your need for sups change after 35 or 40? I think that I look decent for 38. Wondering how hard it will be to improve or hold at this in the future.
