-Working out 4 days split
-Like to drink on 1time/week on weekend
If I train on Friday night, and then take my PWO meal/shake... and then later that night goes out to drink... am I killing the workout I just did? Or the OFF day after will compensate for the drinking night?
Is the gym completely useless before a drinking night?
