Progress pics!
Hey everyone! I started back in January and have made lots of progress physically. I started just wanting to do the Muscletech 50k contest but that turned into me making this a lifestyle.. I have a shoot in the next month and plan on getting into Muscle and Fitness at some point in the next year.. Let me all know what you think of my changed physique.. These changes took place in about 6 months

I goofed on the ordering of these... I gave updates at the beginning, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.. sorry for the confusion.. I hope it still makes sense!

I followed a very strict diet and allowed my body time to make these changes.. I really cleaned up the diet and did morning cardio in a fasted state ( only sipping bcaa's).. It is when people starve themselves or overtrain is when results stop and strength lessens.

I actually kept the same workout the whole time and allowed myself one cheat meal a week.. I did 3 days on and one day of rest.. When I say that, that applies ot weightlifting..I performed an hour of low intensity cardio everyday.. It was usually a walk on the treadmill or the stairclimber.

So you basically run off of 80g of oats everyday (Energy Wise).
I too am a big fan of fasted cardio first thing in the morning.
Good stuff man, keep up the good work.

Damn man did you put on any muscle/strength during these six months?? and im assuming that diet is under maintenance??
How often do you do cardio?
Cuz i just came off a cut which left me skinny and tiny.
Ive been bulking for a good month now and i put some fat on =( i was wondering if you gained any muscle while leaning out cuz if you did i would defiantly change something in my routine. Maybe adding cardio or something but it might effect my gains idk.

I was always a pretty big guy and lifted weights just to be the strongest, biggest guy around. This was the first time I actually tried to get cut. I was 220 to begin with ended up at 180 in the last pics.. I am 5 ft 8 inches

Interesting enough, I lost no strength the whole time I leaned out.. Some people really do not need carbs on the high end.. For me, all of my carbs come right after the workout and the rest of the day, I rely on healthy fats for energy.. I feel better than ever.
