Should I keep cutting?
Hey people, looking for an opinion here. I decided to cut, I'm down 4,5lbs in 1 month (guess I'm goin a bit slow, will try to lose more this next month)
Anyway you guys think I have enough muscle to look atleast decent after the bf reduction?
I'm aiming to get 10% or something near that then bulk again
Thanks

Maybe spend another month hard cutting, then a long clean bulk

Yea that's what I'm thinking about, I wonder if 1 month will be enough to lose the belly fat, or some of it

I don't know what you think is "decent", but of course it will look better if you are more cut. And nothing wrong with 4.5 lbs / month. Rather optimal.
What you should do is up to you, but you could easily do another two months.

I somewhat wonder if it really is fat on the sides or not, since you got some sort of definition going on, maybe part of the visual width come from somewhat lacking in width on the other parts of the body.
Also you could had flexed .. =P
If you did a latsspred from the front it would look way less wide.

I guess it's. I have pics from some time ago when I was really skinny (no lats at all) and I don't have that wide midsection.
Will take the lat spred pic later to see, but in the mirror I can see some lats, I suposse it's really fat there

Just trying to give constructive criticism...you really have no definition at all.

"Long way" depends on how you see it.
Long way in body fat percents? Yes, in lbs? no.
If you would have 17 % bf and want to get to 10 % then those 7% would be 174 * 0.07 = 12.18 lbs which isn't that much imho. Sure it may take another two months or so but so what? That's a short time imho
Though I guess then you may lose some other stuff and so on so maybe you're looking at 15+ lbs what do I know. On the other side you don't have to be 10% bf either so. Normal for young men is 8-20% I think.

I'd say you're at 16% BF. I would just start lifting hard and heavy now, and eat maybe 3-500 clean cals (mostly prot) over your daily maintenance and you should be able to add lean mass and maybe even drop fat %.

10% was just a number that popped in my head at the moment, I'm actually more worried about the mirror than the numbers. Any bf% in that normal range you mentioned is fine, wanna to lose that belly tho (espcially the love handles there, they look really bad)
Thanks for helping

I'm lifting heavy, I've got some mass gains already (not really good, but I used to weight
134 skinny/fat, so that's a big diference)
I'm following a caloric deficit one more month to try cutting a little fat and then I'll work on adding some more mass, I really wanna reach the bulking phase but I don't really like that fat there
Thanks
