From my understanding, once you're getting in enough protien the rest is reasonably flexible, meaning you can just add extra fat or carbs which are calorie dense.
I found swapping certain foods to ones that are less filling can help.
For example, I have more oats now instead of breads, as breads are hard to eat as they are dry.
Another thing I do is have 2 glasses of milk + WPC before bed (along with any other pre-bed food), this keeps me full all night and adds easy calories.
I find having milk during the day slows down appetite, and I don't feel like food, so try just having extra milk end of day, not during.
