I can't eat anymore!!!

I started bulking this week and I am really struggling getting in my calaries. so far today I have eaten about 383g carbs, 300g protein, and 75g fat. thats only 3300 cals! my goal was 3800 but I am so full!

All at once?! Eat in like 1 hour....or Take some N.O. Xplode Then Poop your ass off, then run. Then eat?

Im starting to rethink the "Xplode" Part of that stuff for that reason....

From my understanding, once you're getting in enough protien the rest is reasonably flexible, meaning you can just add extra fat or carbs which are calorie dense.

I found swapping certain foods to ones that are less filling can help.
For example, I have more oats now instead of breads, as breads are hard to eat as they are dry.

Another thing I do is have 2 glasses of milk + WPC before bed (along with any other pre-bed food), this keeps me full all night and adds easy calories.

I find having milk during the day slows down appetite, and I don't feel like food, so try just having extra milk end of day, not during.

Hope these ideas help!

based on current macros it would probably be best to add fat to at least 100g (.5g/lb) and it is dense so it wont feel like you are adding a lot.
