I'm a fatty as the title states but naturally strong fatty. I have a torso heavy body at 6'3 with only a 30 inch pant inseam and really large thighs also about 30 inches around each. I played football and wrestled in high school and then real life kicked in work, wife, kid. I want to start losing the weight and thought if I had a little more muscle it would be easier to burn the fat. I was looking to follow All Pro's beginner guide. I know I should break down my meals into smaller meals every 2-3 hours and instead of Sausage McMuffins have lean meat/protien and some carbs. Since this workout is a 3 day a week workout with cardio/ab work on off days, should I be eating more on the workout days to encourage muscle growth and less on the cardio/off days to encourage fat burn? Or should I eat consistantly throughout the week? Any other ideas are appreciated. I want to stay away from the supplements but don't mind the protien drinks and powders.
