I have heard about the FDA/Prohormone battle.. But Novedex XT and other T-boosters are all gone??

I stopped by a nutrition store today after BB.com had removed these products to see if they were doing the same.. And yup they had pulled all the same stuff.. But 3-AD you could still buy?

Everyone is following the bb.com lead until the dust settles, PH's Test Boosters, AI's etc. are all subject to removal until further clarification can be provided. GNC, VS, etc. don't want the FDA knocking on their door next, which I suspect is their thought process.

Depends on if they want to push DSHEA compliance or not. Even then, politics may play a larger role and they may decide to clean house. It's anyone's guess at this point. I wouldn't hold my breath on most if today's PH's being around though after the dust settles, most saw the writing on the wall a year ago and started getting out of the business of PH/DS's.

I seriously don't know that's a good question. It depends on what the outcome of the decisions will be. If the slam the PH's, I think it will put a lot of companies under unfortunately, while others will branch out into other areas. At this point I don't see a PH company as a good business plan, but that could have been predicted a year ago. It's a wait and see game.

The problems I can see are:
1. Exposure (unwanted)
2. Future litigation potential (most PH companies have to increase their liability Ins. or carry extra Riders which cost $$
3. Will there still be enough market for these?
4. Expense. R&D, etc. and the fact that as soon as you release it if not sooner, there's always someone that's going to do a knock off. so is it worth the expense?
