    ckd diet critique please!!

    ok so i started ckd today...im 6'1 210lbs about 11%bf so i have about 185 lbs of lean body mass..im working out 4 days a week weights and doing some cardio the other 3 days. im going to give you guys todays diet and its pretty much gonna be the same every day of the week if it looks ok:

    i forgot to add that on friday evening till sunday morning i will be consuming between 840-1000 grams of carbs, i will start with high gi carbs then go to low gi for the latter part of the refeed. fats will be very low during this period.


    should i also wait 2 weeks on this diet before going into a carb up??

    big fat yes.
    your diet looks pretty good, but the protein is slightly high. should be around the same as your LBM i.e. 185g. should adjust that and keep your macros at 65%fat, 30%protein and 5%carb.
