As an addendum to what the previous poster said, free form amino acids are free form amino acids. It's not like some are extra "amino-y" or something (unless of course you're buying them out of some guys van and he's just giving you a tub of chalk or something).
If you do decide to get some BCAA's just get whatever bulk BCAA's are cheapest.
As for glutamine, I wouldn't waste your money on it. Unless there's been some major discovery recently that I'm not aware of, there's still no evidence that orally supplemented glutamine has any benefit on exercise recovery or muscle mass gain. I say just eat healthy and get lots of rest and sleep.
