    Fish or salmon oil

So I'm all out of fish oil, and I'm about to order some more from optimum nutrition, but I noticed they have regular fish oil and salmon oil

Should I stick to regular fish oil, or try out the salmon? Which do you guys think?

As long as neither are fish liver oil, it should be ok.

Liver oil contains the active form of Vitamin A, too much of which is a bad thing - to say the least.

the two main concerns with Liver Oil

Vitamins A & D can become dangerous when taken in high doses,Liver Oil is very high in both
Liver Oil comes from the liver, the liver filters and detoxifies the blood, therefor there's the higher potential for toxins than there is in regular fish oil

either or.... doesnt matter... both contain omega 3s.... it doesnt matter where you get them...as long as you get them.... go with the highest EPA/DHA for the lowest cost....
