I looked at the "Bad Fit" thing because I always have a hard time buying shirts that fit me. Typically they are always too baggy around the midsection. Where do you guys go to get well fitting button-up shirts??

Well I don't like in USA but usually places like TopMan, River Island and H&M sell nice fitted clothes.

Rememeber, these might NOT suit all of you, or any of you, but it's best to look at how they've warn the clothes and just take parts from it that you like. A 5 minute review can go a long way. just trying to help out.

oh lawd thought it was just me. i have a slim frame and its a nightmare trying to find nice fitting clothes.
it seems these days most clothes are made for fat *****. I buy a t shirt and it fits perfectly around the neck and chest but the waist area is baggy as **** and hangs off me. feels bad man

Personally I think that type of style would suit more muscular guys than skinny guys.

Nah man, cardigans are more feminine oriented which is why slim/skinny guys rock them best.

I usually slim down my button down shirts by taking them to the tailor. $15 to take in the sleeves and sides goes a long way to make your shirt fit great.

Great articles, the self-improvement articles on attitude are great.
http://www.kinowear.com/blog/category/self-improvement/
I'd suggest reading all those in full...pretty good stuff. Also, read "How to Win Friends and Influence People."
It's all about having the right attitude and being a leader. Who doesn't want to be friends with the badass leader that everyone loves? Which girl doesn't want to date the badass leader who everyone adores and wants to be around?
As far as style goes...I'm not huge on any of those looks. Personally, I think they all look cool, but almost cheesy. Maybe if you're going out on a date they would fit, but just going to class or being around town is almost a little overkill. Just as long as you have a nice pair of jeans and a cool tee that fits then that's all that really matters in my opinion. Obviously, it's nice to have a good looking button up shirt for dates and going out to the bars/clubs/parties...but not even necessary for that.

yeah I'm not big on the looks either. Noone really dresses like that around here anyways. I usually just wear some nice jeans and a polo/tee that fits good.

you dont really have to put on too much to make a style. just a tie or a fedora or a scarf or a cardigan or a jacket on the top of your shirt/t-shirt and jeans. that will set you apart from the crowd. style is important it shows your inner personality outside.

I guess it could make you stand out...
I just figure that the biggest thing in standing out from the crowd is your posture, the way you communicate, and eye contact. If the person walks away from a conversation feeling good about themself and really finds you to be interesting, then you've done enough right there. It doesn't matter what car you drive or how expensive your clothes are if you have no communication skills.

yeah the fit thing pisses me off. Since my cut this has been a problem. I don't have too many shirts that fit well... but my jeans all fit well.
What are some brands of t-shirts that aren't baggy around the stomach?

the slim fits are still garbage in my experience. Most of the stuff I see nowadays is slim fit, but still pretty baggy on the stomach. never seen athletic fit.
