    When is the best time to hit up the gym?

    i went to the gym tonight and theres a person on every station. ****ty ass gym, no rope pulldown/1 free bench for weights..bull****

    i went at 9:00pm tonight, crowded.

    when would be the best time to go to the gym its open from 6am-10pm, i think sports teams train in the am probably like 6-7.

    in your opinion what has worked for you, at your college?

    the best time to actually go to the gym is after 2 pm.....you have mor eenergy and will lift harder...i would go at 4 if i was you....

    To OP. That is exactly why I switched gyms. Too many members and not enough equipment or variety of equipment. Always crowded when I am able to go.

    i lift at the university of kansas gym and i usually go about 5 ish most guys start playin ball around that time so the dumbbell room starts to open up. but honestly if u just make friends w/ the people that are usually there often, they will more than likely let u you rep in with them when they see you there, thats how i get a lot of my lifting done when its crowded

    another hint tho: your body has peak testosterone levels around 9 am so if you can get in around then, it'd be a good idea
