GH supplements

OK im talking about the supplements, not actual GH, what do they really do?
Can they in any way help you grow taller, not just muscle mass?

Lg Sciences is just in the tester phase of their new product GHenerate. It's a suglingual spray in which users are seeing lean mass gains, a drying effects, improved sleep and euphoria. Looks awesome!

Company reps are so boring.

On topic: I don't know. I read about some product which supposedly raised GH levels 46 fold or something such, but they counted that from the 10 fold decrease which occurred after supplementation but before the workout vs the levels after workout. And even without the supplement GH levels increased after workout. The GH without the supplement didn't raised to the same level but it was for sure no 46 times difference between the two.

Afaik GH isn't supposed to do much for muscle growth, and I guess once your growth has finished and you've matured you're stuck with the length you have. I've never seen the issue with being smaller but I saw some TV-show there the ladies asked always prefered the tallest photo of a guy so maybe there is some advantage to being taller after all. I think taller people supposedly was seen as more succesful and got better jobs to. I was 142 cm at 14, 162 at 18 and 173 now. Still kinda short but it has been way worse. Don't see it as an issue. And if I should had done something about it I guess I would had gotten GH from the doctors at 14 and not now at 30 =P

I do wonder if any non-subscription supplement will do enough of a difference to yield noticeable results. Workout alone increases GH by quite much, don't know how much these products raise it compared to that. For instance arginine raises GH but not as much as working out (and in combination less than working out without it.)
I think GABA raised it to but not very much there either?
