I pay per client. Don't have a set monthly fee. It's a good deal too. About $15 per client that I train. You just put that into cost of your overhead and charge accordingly. I can get a better rate for lots of volume.
Also- don't go to a big brand gym with this approach. They won't have it. You'll need a smaller, local gym who will agree to terms like this. As long as it clean, efficient, and has all the machines you need there should not be a problem. You don't need to bring your client to the biggest gym in town.
