Well, perhaps not entire Shredness, but my goals include leaning out, dropping body fat, and ultimately get that bikini/figure-girl look without competing....(orrrr maybeeeee)
This is for me to help gain control of my diet, my inconsistent & destructive eating habits, figuring out a workout regimen that works for me, (& lean out legs!) and to finally become how I want to look. It's time to look like the girl that I see myself as, just one step at a time.
I'll be journaling progress, diet, workouts, stuff like that, to help me stay organized and accountable! Yayyy! Let's do this!

Losing the water weight is always nice, I'll probably slow down in a few days, just gotta focus on the diet and keep my eye on the prize!
Other than that, Dr. app this morning! At least I get to work from home 1/2 the day and then cruise in afterwards... Hollerrr!

I will officially be entering the OBF challenge! See the link below to check out all the awesome competition. Starts pretty much nowish and ends Dec 22... I think I'll post my starting pics tonight to get my "puff" on, then It's transformation time... I'm straight up looking to be the best I can, to look the best I can, and have the motivation there as well and motivate the other people. I'm so stoked!

Hello!
Today back up to 134.4 but this is because I am now not on RFL but on a maintenance with a defecit! I think it was the water/glycogen add. Hope to see it go back down tomorrow! But Yay for carbs! It's nice having them again, Oatmeal and rice bread FTW!

I <3 carbs. They are mah frendz.
Not my body's friend - but my taste buds friend.
I'm kind of on restricted carbs. I have them in the AM with breakfast and after workout. By carbs i mean bread or oatmeal.. I have fruit and veggies throughout the day tho.
