    What do incline/decline push ups work?

    What part of the chest do incline push ups work? What part do decline push ups work? What about regular wide push ups?

    Incline push ups work lower chest. Decline works upper, and regular works whole chest

    I have a question of mine own to be clear.

    Are pushups completely worthless? I personally love them.
    Although many people on here act like they do absolutely nothing so Im not sure...

    nah I usually do pushups alot on my chest days it really hits more than just chest
