look at wes welker
man runs a 4.7/4.8 40 and plays pro ball and dominates.
just trust your hands and be confident.
4.7 is borderline good speed.
4.7 is pretty common for speed these days in high school
so i'm sure 4.5 is common in college.
4.2-4.4= excellent
4.5-4.7= good
4.8-5.0= bad
thats pretty much my assumptions for college wide receivers.probo te dignum
s&p

4.2-4.3 is rare even in the pro's
what are your lifts?
you already have the height, if you go INTO college at 6'-somthin and 180-190 but running a 4.7 (you also need a good time on the 20-yd shuttle drill), they'll probably redshirt you because you'd be potential to be a senior as 200-215lb and running a 4.5 which is beastly no matter what division your inI rep U.S. Marines on sight.
9/26 - 165lb, 245 bench, 345 squat, 430 deadlift ,205 powerclean, 4.75 40, Must haz moar speedz and x-plosion :(
5'6" and completly flat-footed with almost 0% arch
Rugby right now...hopefully can be a runningback next year for football
Everyone wants to fight until they get punched in the mouth

ahh right now its football season so i lift 3 times a week in the AM, i follow our schools workout plan during football season..
monday - bench , squat, snatch, RDL, lat pull
wednesday - power clean, push press(im horrible at this), one-legged squat, tricep pushdowns/extensions
friday - incline bench press, front squat, hang clean, curls, pull-ups,
it goes for 12 weeks and the reps decline..
3x12, 3x10,3x10,3x8,3x8,3x6,3x6,3x5,3x5,4x3,4x2, then on the 12th week we have maxouts..the plan sounds stupid IMO but not gonna lie it gives a lot of results for 3x a week.www.levronereport.com
i rep back

you dont squat 335 past parallell (which is how your supposed to do it for football), and then run anything higher than a 4.8
lifting program seems fineI rep U.S. Marines on sight.
