thanks for the compliments guys, my routine is all for strength pretty much(low reps4-8). I am the hard gainer type so I eat what I want. last night I had 2 big macs LOL. anyway I hit every body part once a week really hard and when I say hard I mean it. Music, energy drink and mental focus = go crazy. Its hard to explain but you have to have a passion for lifting heavy.. You can't be tired or be down on yourself.. You have to walk in like you wanna kill the weights and aim to do higher weight.. I get myself really mad before I lift.. lately my diet hasn't been that bad, which is why I look leaner then usually I guess. I been bulking and having 3000+ calories a day mostly peanut butter and jelly 3-4 of them a day with extra peanut butter! Everyone is different.. Do what works for you.
