I"m going to give this a shot for the next 30 days to lean out and cut bodyfat.
I gave up all caffeine and upped my water intake to 2 gallons each day.
All meals will consist of 45- 50 grams protein and I will do high and low carb days with 110 grams carbs on high carb days.
First dose taken at 4 am
