Activate Xtreme nipple problem

this is my 7th week taking activate xtreme by DS. I just noticed that one of my nipples has two small bumps on it and is uncomfortable when i touch it. Can I get some advice with this?

op, i have no idea what it is, could be anything, dont stress it. guys are apparently very attentive to their nipples and notice small changes and think gyno. it is most likely not. if pre-existing gyno exists (which is not that uncommon) test boosters can aggravate it, and in all of the cases that i am aware of, it has returned to the normal state when the product was finished.
