Guess who's alive
Cliffs for the better part of the year I haven't posted anything:
After I stopped posting, trained less frequently dropping the olympic lifts but "maintained" my strength as my other hobbies took a higher importance than lifting
Got back into going hard, all lifts have been flying up without gaining much body weight though I am working harder than ever on that
some bull****, all raw don't use a belt anymore or anything:
Bodyweight 170
Snatch 159
Clean and Jerk 205
Squat 341
Deadlift 364
Front Squat 308
nothing impressive but given my stats and the fact that these lifts are climbing daily it should be halfway decent soon enough
laughing my ass off at how stupid I used to look, workout, and organize this journal
diet includes a shitton of protein and fat, not so heavy on carbs that's just how it works out. never really planned it like that.
I'll throw up one of dem aesthetics pics soon for ****s. I look much different in a good way.
