lol i'm starting to think about becoming a little less strict with my diet, i mean, not even that much but whats a few spoonfuls of ice cream gonna do right? i mean i could use the cals
for right now i dont even care about a little fat gain until i reach a healthy weight, so i miiiiight have something dirty tonight. not sure yet though haha

Go for it mate !! I used to be really strict on diet and didn't get a good variety of food because of it. also found it hindered progress as it was mentally draining eating same stuff constantly.
btw watching cooking programs on TV is awesome for increasing appetite.Awesome cutting thread

so went to the storez a little while ago, picked up some ezekiel cereal b/c i've never had it before. got the almond one. will try soon. also got more cottage cheese, milk, greek yogurt, sweet potatos, stocked up more on PB and Co, and uhhhhhhh that's mostly it i guess besides random things like turkey/lettuce. oh also 2 magazines (m&f and musclemag, hellzyeah). succesful shop
had a turkey burger that i forgot i had in my freezer on a ww english muffin about an hour ago with lettuce/mustard- was amazing! will be posting some pics from today later

1, 2, and 3...(for wolf ) immediately post legs - trix, kix, cookie crisp, capn crunch, puffins. dry, after milk+whey applied, and in the process of demolishing
4 - ff cc, kashi heart to heart, pecans
5 - turkey burger on ww english muffin with lettuce and mustard
6 - i love this green tea, just thought i'd post it.
7 - chobani greek yogurt, mighty maple pb and raspberry all-fruit on ww bread, little bit of organic gelato
8 - picture of said gelato....mmmmmmmm good stuff
9 - i put some of the gelato IN my sammy, was amazing lol
will end the day at 2640 cals if i don't add anything extra to my sludge later!!! all time high!
well it was leg day and was pretty active besides that, and i weighed myself before dinner, sure i went to the bathroom earlier and hadn't drank anything in a while, but i was barely making 115 hopefully this will get the darn scale moving hahah

i just like walking for a little while after lifting because i find i'm alot less stiff/sore when i do it and aids in my recovery, people say to avoid cardio when bulking but i see nothing wrong with it as long as my nutrition/rest is proper
just resting today, did some homework and stuff. whats very very weird to me is normally my quads are sore as hell for a few days after leg day, but they hardly feel it right now. my hams/glutes are fairly sore, but not the quads. good deal! so i'm thinking about doing squats instead of deads tomorrow even though it's back day, because i really want to put some meat on these chicken legs! alright thats the plan, squats instead of deads tomorrow. i feel like it might have been the extra walking i did that day, helped clear all the extra lactic acid

its always best to fully recovered.

yeah, its just that i've kinda been taking it easy on deads lately since i hurt my knee, reworking them in. my legs do feel fully recovered though, quads that is. hams are just barely sore, so i feel i'll be fine doing some squats.
i wish i had a place to do rack pulls :\

ohkay so greatest workout ever?! i think it's cause i finshed the last of that chocolate chip ice cream with my pre workout meal
rack chins - BW+20x 7, 6, 3 +18.75x4 drop to BWx4 plus a rep or two, can't complain
bent over bb rows - 93x8, 7, 6, 6 drop to 90x6 with 30 sec rest --great pump weight pr
one arm row - 42.5 x 7, 6, 4 40x8...(10 sec rest)...2 plus a rep or two again
behind neck lat pulldowns - 75x 6, 6, 4...2 weight pr
deadlifts, yup decided to do 'em - 125x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 (still working these in with new form, felt great, did em shoeless and will continue to do so, got alot more leg drive than usual, feels good man, weight pr)
seated hammer curls - 21.75x 8, 5 20x 4, 4...2 again, can't complain, rep pr's
through legs reverse grip cable curls, havent done in a while - 20x 9, 8, 5...2 rep pr
now normally do a few sets of incline bench here, but my legs oddly arent sore from monday so decided to SQUAT! and here it is....
120x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 and all felt easy! sat back, went low, and drove straight through the heels! PR! coulda gotten more but didnt want to push it tooo hard
can't believe i did that and the end of that tough workout, was just feeling great and had tons of energy today! was visualizing working out all day so was pumped lol

PWO cardio - 20 mins - 30 sec walk, 1 min run x2 then 17 min walk

phew, yeah, sitting on my ass alllllll day (watching TV, homework, computer lol) today for sure and going to bed early again. then benching it up tomorrow!!

yeah now that i've upped my calories i've been trying out alot more stuff because i have to fit in the cals somehow, so my meals are quite yummmmay
went to weigh myself today, i know for sure that i have gained (i feel it in my midsection but i'm not complaining, i'm getting stronger, like i've said i can cut when that time comes) but i actually weigh LESS than i did last week because i took a hooge bathroom break this morning. (too much info) so i'll try to take my weight tomorrow morning i guess, but if it still doesnt seem accurate i'll just catch up with really tracking my weight next weekend
