    I'm digging The Postal Service playing in the background, but you've got to stop bending your arms on those deadlifts! If that requires you to stop rolling it back at the beginning of each rep and setting up for longer, do it. Focus on locking out your arms fully before each rep.

    Have you ever tried just tensing your triceps? Can't do that without straight arms; read somewhere that it was advised to do so, but can't remember where lol...

    you're right, but i'll only be training them like three times in those 3 months because the rest is standard deads with 5/3/1 and all. still should be able to do it by then. i might add them in every DL session

    What gym do you go to Nick? When I was up your way I went to the Fitness Zone, it was pretty cool for being a commercial gym. Next summer when I'm on vacation with the family we should tear it up at one of the gyms! Or go to planet fitness and see how long it takes to set off the "lunk alarm" .

    nah no friends but i've seen one guy there a couple times, he's pretty strong. the first time i was there he put up 225 on incline for a single, probably could have got a double
