I'm digging The Postal Service playing in the background, but you've got to stop bending your arms on those deadlifts! If that requires you to stop rolling it back at the beginning of each rep and setting up for longer, do it. Focus on locking out your arms fully before each rep.

What gym do you go to Nick? When I was up your way I went to the Fitness Zone, it was pretty cool for being a commercial gym. Next summer when I'm on vacation with the family we should tear it up at one of the gyms! Or go to planet fitness and see how long it takes to set off the "lunk alarm" .

nah no friends but i've seen one guy there a couple times, he's pretty strong. the first time i was there he put up 225 on incline for a single, probably could have got a double
i go to MAC Fitness never heard of fitness zone, sounds cool man and hell yeah i'm up for this!

Nice, a real gym! Make friends with some big dudes and let them take you under their wing. When you surround yourself by bigger/stronger/serious guys, you have no choice but to get stronger
