I regrettably assumed most would be reasonable enough to believe I would never recommend anything to be ingested by nursing mothers, so allow me to reiterate, to avoid any further questions that have been repeatedly answered in detail.
The women in the thread I'm referring to, were given permission to resume a normal exercise routine by their OBGYN, and had never or were no longer breastfeeding. It was a pre/post natal fitness forum. The thread was started by another user, directed towards women somewhat knowledgeable in the fitness field, who were already exercising and eating a healthy diet. I suggested, as I always do, an increase in activity and a cut in calories, but as the thread was asking for products, results, and experiences, I posted my experience with SX. When asked, I provided the link to the maker (AX) suggesting they get more information, and researching each labeled ingredient on their own.

I recommended this, when there were awesome reviews, sells were through the roof, I had experienced no side effects (by this point), and unless their putting SX in bottles, I don't understand how they're infant children would be effected.

Obviously (and most mothers would already know this), I recommended this to postpardum women, not nursing or using breast milk, and already exercising with the OK of their OBGYN.

I've been certified in Pre/Post natal Exercise and Nutrition. This product, at the time, had no extreme, negative effects. I recommended this to women, already somewhat knowledgeable in the fitness field, and were looking for a product to boost metabolism, and increase energy.

And, btw, doctors have said alcohol will not effect breast milk unless consumed in massive amounts, but that's totally beside the subject.

I have a two year old, so the answer is no. Any responsible mother (and mother to be) knows not to take ANYTHING that will effect their child. I can't say this for anyone, bc obviously there are drug addicts who have babies born with crack withdrawals everyday.

I don't know what you guys think, but the large majority of women don't breast feed. And those that do, a large percentage only do for a short amount of time.

SX decreases appetite, resulting in an extreme decrease in calories. Which will completely stop the production of milk. I'm pretty positive these women followed my advice not to breast feed while taking ANYTHING (not even over the counter meds), but it literally takes ONE day of calorie deficiency to slow or even stop milk production.

Yes, I did read logs and reviews on the internet, I also researched each individual PRINTED ingredient labeled. I had taken it myself, no side effects, and recommended it SOLELY based on my own experience at the time. I said OBVIOUSLY, bc knowing about pregnancy, having gone through it, I wouldn't have told women who were pregnant and breast feeding to take a fat burner/stimulant/over the counter med. If this wasn't obvious, I'm clearing this up for you right now. I didn't know I would get a sht storm for this - didn't think I'D be the one giving explanations.
To clarify, my degree is NOT in nutrition and statistics (you pulled this one out of your ass) It doesn't take a degree to know these things, buddy.

It's basic knowledge, that to sustain milk production, a woman must stay hydrated, and consume a healthy calorie rich diet. Dehydration (SX, we all know, causes extreme dry mouth) and a decrease in calories, will result in a "dry up"

*BOTTOM LINE - it was recommended to new mothers, who were already exercising by permission of their OBGYN, and opted not to or had stopped nursing and were looking to purchase a product for increased energy (which a lot of new parents could use) and a little push to get the fat off. Plain and simple.
