    10 Week Mass Building Program

Hi folks! I'm a noob to this forum, although have been getting tips off here for some time so decided to join.

I started to put on some decent size recently and then within the last few weeks I totally plateaued out and (in my opinion) got a bit smaller, despite switching up my routines every 4 to 6 weeks or so...

I have decided to start the following program as I want to pack on some serious mass, and am quite excited about it too:

    www(dot)muscleandstrength(dot)com/workouts/10-week-mass-building-program(dot)html

I was wondering what people's opinions are on this program, so feel free to have your 2 cents.

I was also considering taking something like True Mass too as my diet is alright, but I think I need more cals/carbs post w/o.

    Any advice?

    Cheers

I would take true mass along with creatine, vitamins, whey and some fish oil. I have done a muscle and strength workout before and liked it a lot (Dougs 4 day split)

I have had my eye on this workout for my next routine. http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...s-workout.html
