This morning I was on the bench press and felt something not so great in my shoulder, so I immediately left the gym. Not sure if it's my pec, rotator cup, or something else (but I think it's pec related). I just picked up some 10lb dumbbells and can do front, side, and rear lateral raised. I can also do a should press. I can't do a push up or even a 10lb dumbbell flye.
Thoughts...suggestions...severity?
