Brando0331's Hdrol/keto log!!!
Like the title says, I'm currently 35 days into my cut. I am using David Palumbo's diet,Here is link for those who do not know what it is(im sure most do) http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5899101.
I am preloading with AI's cycle support, I will run my cycle as such
Hdrol 50/75/75/75/75/75
Cycle support through out cycle
I may add a fat burner, not sure yet.
Also have taurine on hand.
PCT
Novla 20/20/10/10
Creatine
horny goat weed
possibly a test booster.
My goal is to keep size(gain some strength) and drop BF%. I also know that i will not get everything out of cycle while on a cut, I have 4 more cycle's of Hdrol in my stash, so it's not an issue. Im also aware of the lethargy. I will try and borrow someone's camera since i do not have one of my own.
My routine will be:
Sunday:Chest/Biceps
Monday:Legs
Tuesday:Back
Wensday: off day/cardio
Thursday: off day/cardio
Friday:Shoulders/traps/Triceps.
Sat: off day/cardio.
As stated above, I am still preloading, so i will bump when i actually start. I just wanted to get this part out of the way.
P.S. FUK THE FDA!!!

Chest/Biceps
BB BENCH:135x12........225x10.......295x6......315x2.
Incline BB: 135x12.....205x8.....225x8.(almost passed out during this)
Fly machine: 160 x 12...... the whole machine for 2 more sets at 8 then 6.
BB curl(not in squat rack lol) 90x10 100x8 115x6.
Hammer curls.....50'sx10 60'sx8 65's x 6.
Alternating DB curls 50'sx10....55x 8....55 x6.
Well first off the past week or so i was 205, today i weighed in at 208. Defiantly more vascular, That's the biggest change so far since the start of the cycle.
The workout went ok, was still feeling weak. Tomorrow is leg day so i will start taking a pre workout supplement. So that should def give me a kick start.

Freakish back day. I checked your bodyspace but saw no stats- how much can you pull for one rep? (over 500 I'm guessing)

Thanks ! Deads are my favorite exercise!
Day 8 of cycle has come and gone, Now day nine since it's almost 2 am, The past few days have been very rough, Not sure if im getting shut down or what, I slept 12 hours yesterday! and slept through 2 of my classes lol, and i was still dragging, extremely sleepy. Today is my refeed so im going to pig out on thai food! so energy levels should bump back up for the next few days.
NO SIDES TO REPORT other then lethargy, Not sure if it's a side from KETO or H drol.

Forgive me if this may sound stupid, but during Ketosis, will the dextrose in the cycle support kick you out of it? Reason I'm asking is I've done a Ketosis diet before and steered clear of any added sugars.

That's actually a great question, and to be complete honest i have no idea. But the amount is so little that it is probably obsolete. You can have some sugar during keto but you need to stay below a certain amount a day, just like they say no more then 40g of carbs a day, but i have read people who have near 100g a day and never get kicked out. I'm def losing BF so im guessing i have not been kicked out by the added dextrose.
I also want to add that I'm no Keto expert, This is actually my first cut ever. I'm just going by the info i have gathered the last few months.

dont worry about the dextrose as long as your burning fat your ok, ive just replyed to your other post....hope my anwser makes sence lol iam very tired ive got a 3month old baby keeping me up all night he he good work on the log......and yes you can have upto 100 g of carbs aday on keto but i think it all depends on how heavy you are, if you weigh say for instance 250lbs then you could get away with more carbs than a 150lbs guy and will have less chance of getting kicked out than the lighter guy if your heavier

Good info to know. I may be doing a Keto style cut in the future depending on how this turns out. I've done the whole Atkins diet thing a long time ago to lose weight (before I started weight training) and have always wondered about doing a similar thing now.
Thanks!

Thanks for your service also Ste, I met lots of Brits on deployments and they were awesome.
----------------DAY 10 OF CYCLE--------------------
Shoulders/Traps/Triceps.
Well, Not sure what got into me today, After my standing military presse's I had the most intense pump in my delts i have ever felt. After my raises i tried to add in reverse flies, but i couldnt raise my arms up because the pump was so intense. I hit many PR's tonight, i was left wanting MORE! Lets hope this keeps up sunday when i bench. Also up the dosage to 75 on Wed.
Seated DB shoulder press: 40x12(each arm)...70x10....75x8....80x6(PR)
Standing BB military press: 115 x10....135x8.....145x6.....175x5(PR)(dont know how this happened.)
DB raises: 25 x10(each arm)......30x8......35x8
Was going to add in another one but Pump was to strong lol.
DB shurgs: 100 x 12(each arm)...110's x10.....115'sx8.
Weighted dips: BW x12....BW+45 x10...... BW+90 x10.....BW+115x6(PR)
Tricep overhead extension: 85x12.....90x10.....100x8(felt very weak here.)
Tricep push down: 130x12....140x10.....145 x8.... 150x6....Whole machine x 5.
Side effect's:None, other then being really tired during the day, But it is bearable,
