AllGenetix Flooded with Intensity - White Raspberry Style
White Flood White Raspberry
About Me
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 201lb
Age: 22
Purpose
Simple and straight forward. To test and examine the preWO performance enhancing capabilities of White Flood and to compare and review the new flavoring profile. This is will be a pure, unbiased review of the effectiveness, quality, and reliability of White Flood. I will not only review White Flood based on its own individual characteristics, but I will be using comparitive analysis to compare its effects to other preWO products in regards to energy, pump, strength, stamina, and mindset.
Expectations:
I have yet to find a bad review of the old flavor of White Flood or any CL products so there are some high expectations coming in. I have heard a lot of good things about WF, and am excited to get some personal feedback from this product for myself. I am very aware of how supplements effect me in and out of the gym, so I will have a good idea on the effectiveness of WF and if it lives up to it's claims/hype.
Goals
History: I have been training seriously for about 2-3 years. Only supplements that I have used on a regular basis are Multi, Fish Oil, Whey, Creatine, CORE ABC, along with numerous preWO supplements such as Core ZAP, USPLabs Jacked, Morph, PreSurge, and others.
Current Goals: I lift hard, I condition hard, I don't rest as much as I need to. Hopefully this stack will allow me to add some LBM and strength. My ultimate goal is to be around 210lbs with the same BF%. Increased work capacity through GPP and HIIT while increasing strength is another goal of mine along with hypertrophy. Yes, I try to do it all!
Training
Right now I am on an Upper/Lower/Off/Push/Pull/Legs/Off routine with spontaneous training here and there depending on how I feel. I have been continually setting PR's as of late so I will keep this set-up until I plateau. I lift heavy, intensely, and don't like long rest periods.
Diet
Currently bulking on 4.3k + with 600+g carbs, 250g protein, and 70-90g fat. I eat a lot of food and am looking to add a few pounds LBM with the inclusion of WF into the preWO mix. I will continually bump up cals if progress stalls.
Supplementation
White Flood - 2 Scoops PreWO
Whey (UP1.0/2.0)
Core ABC
Fish Oil
Green Tea
ZMA

Deck O' Cards!
The Deck:
Clubs - 25lb Med Ball Slam x 2
Spades - Rope Turns x 10
Diamond - 450lb Tire Flip
Hearts - Burpee's w/ SPARQ weight vest
Aces = 15 Reps
K = 13 Reps
Q = 12 Reps
J = 11 Reps
10 = 10 Reps
5-9 = # on card
2-4 = 5 Reps
Joker = Repeat Last 5 Cards
Finisher Rep:
100 Rope Turns
12 Burpee's
10 Tire Flips
12 Burpee's
20 Med Ball Slams
1 Minute SlideBoard w/ Weight Vest
5 Minutes 53 Seconds
Total Time: Deck of Cards (62 Cards) ~ 37 Minutes 15 Seconds
Starting this log off right. This is how I train. Uber-fcking-intense. Putting WF to the test right off the bat with some crazy GPP/Conditioning.
Initial Review
Taste: 9/10
Not as strong as I thought it would be. I used a bit too much water I think as I used a water bottle, took a swig out it and then funneled in 2 scoops. A nice smooth flavor, not overwhelming, but a solid depth to it. The taste of the powder I got on my hands was much stronger and intense so I will try and use less water to get a better gauge of what it truly has to offer. Definite potential!
Mixability: 9/10
Again, I mixed it with 14-16oz so this will vary but after 15-30 seconds of shaking, almost all was dissolved and another few shakes took care of the rest. I will use less water next time and hopefully it still mixes just as well.
Impact: 9.5/10
Yahtzee! This is where I really felt it. My usual deck of cards is pretty intense and generates a lot of lactate in the legs and arms. I immediately felt the WF kick in. I could really feel the benefits of being able to go longer without hitting that lactate point, "the burn" as some call it, allowing me to push through a lot of rough times (33 burpees in a row, 450 sprinter rope turns in a row, etc...). I finished the deck in my fastest time yet and STILL had more energy! Usually I am wiped out after this but I needed more! Added a "finisher rep" at the end to really push out every ounce of energy I had in me. I was surprised at how hard I could push after such a brutal session. Amazing first dose, cannot wait to see how it continues to work during lifting sessions. I had also not been taking many preWO as of late so my stim tolerance was down, and it showed!

Saturday, September 26
Chest/Tricep
Bench Press:
230lb x 5 (3 Sets)
193 (Lrg Chains) x 12, 10 (Paused)
Solid 3 x 5 on bench and a nice mix up with chains for a contrast. Goal is 275 for a single next time!
DB Decline Press:
95lb x 6 (4 Sets)
-60 Seconds Rest-
Love the MMC with decline. Really lets me tighten the scap and lats and drive through the chest. Surprising strength/stamina here.
Pec Deck:
1 Set of 235lb x 20 Myo-Reps (8, 4, 2, 2, 2, 2)
-15 Seconds Rest-
Went a different route and used 8RM for the myo-set and still got some good activation reps out at the end even with doubles.
CGBP:
176lb (Medium Chains) x 8 (3 Sets)
-45 Seconds Rest-
Deloaded on the chest and exploded up. Used a 8 inch grip to really hammer the tri's.
Dips:
1 Set of BW + 60lb Chains x 24 Myo-Reps (10, 6, 4, 4)
-15 Seconds Rest-
Alpha chain dippage. The myo-reps were in full effect here as time was short.
Much better flavor profile with about 8-10oz of water. Not too strong, but the lower amount of water allowed the fruity flavor to come through. Great intensity and pump today. I also had it preWO with not too much in the stomach so the stim effect was pretty damn strong. I had restless leg syndrom between sets, haha.

Sunday, September 27
Back/Shoulders
Pullups: Wave Loaded
BW + 50lb x 3 - BW + 20lb x 6 - BW x 8
Repeat x 2
--Superset With--
SSSDOHP: WL
145lb x 3 - 120lb x 6 - 105lb x 10
Repeat x 2
Holy hell, a supersetted double wave loaded 6 set epic. I had 3 racks set up because nobody is here on Sundays so I could do my usual short rest times and this was killa! Mix of high and low reps, and the triples were a BW PR!
Barbell Pendlay Row:
175lb x 10 (3 Sets)
Nice little mixup from standard T-Bars. Got a deload on each rep which really made me focus on driving the elbows back and firing the lats to initiate the movement.
DB Arnold Press:
50lb x 12 (2 Sets)
60lb x 8 (2 Sets)
Solid reps here, left a couple in the tank and will bump up next time.
Rack Clean:
175lb x 6 (4 Sets)
--Superset With--
Cable Curl:
120lb x 15, 12, 12
Explosive on the cleans and some nice TUT on the curls. Schweeeeeet.
Plyo Pullups:
BW x 6 + 1 Minute Hang (3 Sets)
We have 2 grips that are about 6 inches seperated vertically from each other and I just started on the lower one and exploded up onto the top. Killed the lats!
So here are some thoughts on White Flood so far.
Taste - meh, not my favorite. It was alright in straight powder form, but when mixed with water it really doesn't deliver anything special. A bit mellancoly to the taste buds.
Mixability - this is so much better than the other powders I have used, especially Vasocharge. No clumps and it is in a super fine powder which makes it mix perfectly.
Effects - Even though the taste hasn't caught on for me, I really noticed the effects today. Usually I lose my pump about 45 minutes into the workout and today, it was in full effect. Skin bursting and vascular, very nice. Have not had this effect from any other preWO before. Stamina and strength are up, but it has only been a few workouts so I will assess that later.

im still trying to find my sweet spot with the mixing. i wasnt a fan of the taste with the water amounts i have been using, i think the "white" raspberry part is throwing me off, i can't quite tell what they were going for.

Monday, September 28
Lower Body
Front Squat: Wave Loaded
205lb x 5 - 225lb x 3 - 240lb x 1`
Repeat x 2
PR's for 2 plates x 3 and 240 x 1. Felt great and super deep. The box squats the last few weeks have really helped with the sticking point. Narrow stance is my bread and butter too!
BB Chain Squats:
245lb (60lb Chains) x 10 (3 Sets)
This was an awesome setup. Used all the chains and it really helped me stay explosive out of the hole but get enough progressive resistance and overload to burn by the end.
Deadlift:
315lb x 6 (3 Sets)
Boom, just wanted to lift some heavy ****. Mission accomplished.
RFEDBBSS:
90lb DB's x 8 (3 Sets)
Can't beat a PR on the last exercise, 90s were killer on the legs and actually on the grip too by the end. Rear foot elevated dumbbell bulgarian split squats FTMFW!
Cooldown: 5-10 Minute Bike
Taste - I finally figured out what it is. I wasn't keen on the taste because I couldn't put my finger on what the aftertaste/bitterness was. You know how some fruit like grapefruit or mango has a slight tang or bitterness to it and isn't purely sweet. It is like that, but with a raspberry undertone. Almost like a dull tang to it. I guess this is the "white" aspect and it definitely is unlike any other flavor I have tasted before. As of now, I like the lemonade flavor a bit better because its traditional, but this has potential to grow on me now that I put a finger on what it reminded me of.
Effectiveness - Off the charts. The energy/pump/mixability are second to none IMO.

GPP/Conditioning
Burpee/Shuttle Pyramid
12 Burpee's
25 Yd Shuttle
11 Burpee's
50 Yd Shuttle
........
1 Burpee
300 Yd Shuttle
Repeat x 2
Cooldown: 10 Minutes Bike
Great energy and stamina throughout. WF is still mixing smoothly and I am growing on the taste. It is still a bit "different", but not bad. I do enjoy licking my fingers after they get powder on them while mixing. The powder is like crack!

Wednesday, September 30
Chest/Tricep
DB Press: Wave Loaded
95lb DB's x 8 - 100lb DB's x 5 - 105lb DB's x 3
Repeat x 2
Holy hell. Was only planning on 6s for the 95s and I repped out a whopping PR of 8. The bench press has definitely carried over to the flat db press and these were money! Could probably get 3 x 5 at 105 fresh.
Incline Press: Thick Bar
155lb x 10, 6, 4, 3, 1 (Myo-Reps)
-15 Seconds Intra-Set Rest-
Thick bar for the MMC win! Loved it and the myo-reps were killer with it.
Pec Deck:
195lb x 10 (3 Sets)
Just wanted some TUT and volume here. Super long contraction on each, ze burn.....
Decline CGBP:
190lb (Lrg Chains) x 8 (4 Sets)
-45 Seconds Rest-
Loved the decline as it really hammered the tri's and took all of the shoulder out of it. Gotta save the shoulder for tomorrow!
Dips:
BW + 2 Lrg Chains (60lb) x 8
BW + Lrg Chain (30lb) x 12
BW x 15
-Dropset-
Alpha chain DROPSET dippage. Got some sick looks here as my arms straight blewww up! I was done after this!
Great wave to start and a surprising PR. Loved it. Can't beat a day with PR's
Cooldown: 5-10 Minute Bike
Taste - Only used about 6-8oz water today! Still mixed great and the flavor was exponentially better and enhanced. Much sweet than usual and a definite keeper in my book.
Effectiveness - Again, great energy, a bit jittery in the beginning, but smoothed out after a nice warmup and was strong all the way through.

Back/Shoulders
Pullups:
BW + 45lb x 5, 5, 5, 4, 3
--Superset With--
SSSBBDOHP:
140lb x 5 (5 Sets)
Locked in the OHP for the full 5 sets, but the 10lb jump on pullups i could only manage the first 3 sets of 5, then faded fast. Will stick with it here and try for a full 5 x 5. Last rep on the OHP was a bit of a lean back and too much arch in the back for my liking so I want to lock that in next time.
Chest Supported T-Bar Row:
3 Plates x 10 (3 Sets)
Tried some different width grips and underhand style as well. Pretty damn good MMC on these, but they do compress the junk, so that is no bueno.
DB Military Press:
75lb x 6 (3 Sets)
Actually rocked these out pretty easy. Thought the kick up would be hard but it wasn't and I think I can get 80s next time.
Power Shrug:
315lb x 12 (3 Sets)
--Superset With--
Incline DB Curl:
30lb DB's x 15, 12, 12
Sick superset had the forearms exploding and some nice veinage working. Traps were shot after these.
DB Snatch Finisher:
80lb x 6/Arm (4 Sets)
-No Rest Between Arms-
Amazing explosiveness, almost through the dumbbell straight up on some of them! I can get 90s for 6 next time.
Grip Work/Fascia Stretch:
25 Grip Changes (Wide, Narrow, Hammer, etc..) (3 Sets)
~ 1 Minute Hang
1 Scoop and a swig of water old school chocolate milk mixing style (chocolate syrup & milk in the mouth and swish, haha). 2 Scoops had me going and a strong, but nice taste.

Lower Body
BB Squat:
275lb x 3
255lb (Lrg Chained) x 6 (6 Sets)
Nice and smooth 3RM and then 6 x 6 with chains. A guy came up to me after and said, "man, your going too low I think, you're gonna hurt your knees. Your ass is on the ground!" HAHA. Made my day. Thats how you get the glutes to dance I told him.
Box Front Squats:
195lb (Lrg Chained) x 8 (4 Sets)
-60 Seconds Rest-
Boom, up 2 reps here and actually quite easy. Core stayed strong and ATG FTW!
DB RDL:
125lb DB's x 8 (4 Sets)
Nice mental cues of hips back and drive them through to extension. Great stretch on the hammies and really squeezed the beejeebies out of the glutes at the top.
PL Reverse Hyper:
2 Plates + 25 x 12 (3 Sets)
Prehab, glute, hammy, and low back work to finish off the leg day! Up 25lb on these and still hammered the PC.
Finisher/Cooldown: 6 Prowler Sled Push w/ 2 plates (20 Seconds ~ 60 Yds)
I definitely like the 2 scoops to the dome idea ALA xquick in his video, strong taste, alpha feel, and hits your system A LOT faster. Surprisingly great leg pump/vascularity today.

GPP/Conditioning
BlackJack: 21 Total Reps Per Set
20 Burpee's - 1 KB Swing (2/45lb KB's)
100 Rope Turns
19 Burpee's - 2 KB Swings
100 Rope Turns
18 Burpee's - 3 KB Swing
100 Rope Turns
....1 Burpee - 20 KB Swings
Pyramid Back Up!
Cooldown: 10 Minutes Bike
Holy hell. Well I didn't have a die to do the DoD, so I decided for some blackjack. Burpee's and KB swings hit the legs, glutes, arms, and back hard! Went from 20 burpees down to 1 then ALL the way back up. Have never pyramided back up before and it was brutal. Took about 40 minutes total, but I had the intensity throughout! Had great energy today, and I used ROUNDED scoops so a bit overload on the caffeine, haha.

Lower Body
Front Squats:
210lb x 5 (5 Sets)
225lb x 3
245lb x 1
PR across the board. Very pleased with this as today was ME front squat day and it was my sole priority to hit a PR. 245 was ATG and took a while to get out of the hole but I got that ish up!
Paused ATG BAck Squats:
225lb x 6 (2 Sets)
195lb x 10 (2 Sets)
-60 Seconds Rest-
Literally could not sit on my calves any more. Ass was touching a 6 inch step aerobic bench and was the aboslutely brutal on the glutes for the initial leg drive
RDL:
275lb x 8 (5 Sets)
-75 Seconds Rest-
Just needed some good heavy hip dominant movement for volume/tension and this was the kicker. Could have done 3 x 10, but focused on TUT and each set was about 60 seconds. Long negative really tore the hammies!
Walking Lunges:
70lb DB's x 12 Steps/Leg
-60 Seconds Rest-
Utilized a longer stride to get more hamstring/glute recruitment as the quadszzzors were shot already.
PL Reverse Hyper:
2 Plates x 12 (3 Sets)
Prehab, glute, hammy, and low back work to finish off the leg day!
Cooldown: 5-10 Minute Bike
Nothing new or crazy to report today. Well, actually I had a sick upper body and lower body pump and vascularity which usually doesn't happen on lower day. Just holding the bar I had some hyooooge veins. Still not diggin the taste, but its not bad, the less water the better IMO. Performance > Taste IMO.

Chest/Tricep
DB Press:
105lb DB's x 5 (5 Sets)
Bam, boom, whatcha gonna do cuz! Got all 5 sets locked in for 5. Last rep of the fifth set was just about positive failure. Time for 3 x 5 at 110's.
DB Decline Press:
85lb x 10 (3 Sets)
-60 Seconds Rest-
Diggin the decline lately as i get a great mmc and can work with tempo and rep speed. Nice volume here and happy to keep 10s all the way through.
Pec Deck: Hug Da Greg
215lb x 6 (3 Sets)
Never really tried heavy pec deck before so this was different, but still got a good squuuueeze.
Decline CGBP:
195lb x 6 (2 Sets)
205lb x 5, 4
Very happy with this as my triceps were already pretty smoked from all the previous pressing. Could probably go for 3 x 5 at 205 next time.
DB OH Extension:
75lb x 10 (3 Sets)
Mixing up the tricep work and got a good burn on these. Not my favorite, but always good to switch things up and keep the body guessing.
Still very impressed with the efficacy of the product. Taste is hit or miss depending on my feel for the day, but I have been doing 2 scoops to the dome with a swig of water lately and it has gotten me going pretty quickly! Might try snorting it or going IV with it. haha, no, not serious.

Back/Shoulders
WG Pullups:
BW + 25lb x 5 (5 Sets)
--Superset With--
DB Shoulder Press:
80lb DB's x 5 (5 Sets)
With the new superset of vertical push/pull I wanted to start at 80-90% 5RM and work my way up, kind of like a progression. Plan on getting 45lb for 5's on pullups and hopefully 85s or 90s for 5 on OHP.
Rack Clean & Press:
175lb x 6 (5 Sets)
Damn, torched my back and shoulder here. Loved the oly variation.
BB Row:
185lb x 15 (3 Sets)
Some higher reps to hit the tension and metabolic fatigue needed to induce the proper growth stimulus.
3 Way Shoulder Raise (Front/Lat/Bent Over):
25lb DB's x 8/8/8
PlyoPullups:
3 Clap Pullups/3 Plyo's (3 Sets)
~ 1 Minute Hang
Short and sweet starting off a new cycle of progression. Had a client so I really couldn't hit biceps or traps but they got their fair share of recruitment! Even with the short rest, the pump and energy was money and much needed. Kind of dragging, but 2 scoops worked well. Went sublingual today and it was pretty intense.

Lower Body
Trap Bar Deadlift: Wave Loaded
315lb x 5 - 365lb x 3 - 405lb x 1
Repeat x 2
Pretty solid here. The 405 was a PR and I got some vids so we will see how they look. Haven't done these in a few months so I kind of lost the groove, but expect them to explode in the near future.
BB Chain Front Squats:
192lb (Lrg (57lb)Chains x 8 (4 Sets)
--Superset With--
Romanian Deadlift:
265lb x 8 (4 Sets)
A nice quad dominant supesetted with a hip dominant movement to hit the glutes, quads and hammies equally.
BB Stepups:
155lb x 12 (3 Sets)
--Superset With--
GHR:
BW x 12 (3 Sets)
High rep step ups and GHR's finished the legs off like no other!
Had a really solid session. Nothing spectacular, but I was in the zone. Got some vids of the trap bar deadlift and my vascularity is pretty intense for lower body lifting. Good stuff WF!
