I do like 120lbs bent over row but i did the same movement but sitting down and with a rope and i could pull all the plates on there (225lbs)
Whats the point? I was also using perfect arm movement to isolate the lat and upper back without using momentum and drive.
Is it normal or was i cheating in some way?

So i did some sit-down horizontal lat pull instead of bent over row...

Depends on the pulley system on the machine.

looks like that

but you could also use another rope at the top for those huge biceps show off, you know they spread really wide and flex and stuff
