    Military press and Rocky press

Found a few people (not on here "yet") to tell me that while doing rocky presses in my routine there was no need for military presses? Can't I do both and still be beneficial?

So it's just alternating a front press and btn press? Sounds pretty redundant if doing military presses, why not alternate the 2?

I think he's referring to a Bradford press. Bradford presses just clear the head. It works the bottom portion of both front and btn press in one rep. All heads get worked. Good for strengthening the first part of the press before tris step in.

Something i've been using lately as a change from military press is the btn push press, if it doesn't give you shoulder issues i find this stimulates the shoulders far better than pressing from the front and the leg/hip drive allows you to use extra weight. Great for lots of heavy triples and singles.
