I wanne start creatine ester
.do i need to take a break?
or can i start using it next week? right after

DON'T TAKE CREATINE ESTER. lol You know that **** is inferior to creamono right?

Go to store, type in Creapure, and you can find a 1000g of creapure. It's amazing. that'll last you months and months.

To answer the actual question, no you don't need to take a break from creatine.

Creatine Ethyl Ester is worthless. Stick with mono. And no, you don't NEED to cycle it, but you can if you wish.

As other members have said, stick to creatine monohydrate which is proven and effective.
