I just want to know why the two biggest preventable causes of death in America (obesity and smoking) aren't being attacked. Does anybody have statistics for how many are killed or even harmed by ph and other supps in a year? Seems like a huge waste of my tax money for a bs issue that's so minor it shouldn't even be a blip on our governments radar.

On that particular, tobacco companies can get away with it because they agreed to add disclaimers years ago.

However, I have seen in this thread and a multitude of others that the government should try to regulate places like Mc Donald due to the rise of obesity. That is kind of wrong basically. Obesity is not, solely, going on the rise due to more fast food places popping up. Obesity is going on the rise due to lazy b@stards not getting into shape; this is the reason why cases of obesity is rising

Look at it this way, they cannot pass a bill banning PH or DS, they have to schedule a substance to make it illegal. Right now the FDA is using scare tactics, this is why things are being pulled from the market.

This will give way to more products down the road and hopefully some truly new products that are not on the list of ""banned substances""

As long as the cash crop is there, companies will continue to sale grey area supplements

I believe Cynostane was compared to SD but using a cyno bond instead. In the Protodrol spill the beans thread and the pre-release thread Protodrol was compared more so to a dry phera.

No they are referring to "estra 4,9" or whatever that garbage is.

The affidavit said the identified steroids were all Schedule III controlled substances with the exception of superdrol. Turanibol, madol, and androstenedione are all scheduled, I think. I didn't think estra 4,9 was scheduled, but I could be wrong.

That's really sad. You can buy this stuff on amazon and ebay - right now, even after this blow up. Are the CEOs of those companies doing something shady? Are they marketing and distributing steroids? I'd like to see a good lawyer shove this whole case up the government's ass.
