On that particular, tobacco companies can get away with it because they agreed to add disclaimers years ago.
Things like this which they have also agreed to add recently
""The law calls for new labels to cover at least half of the front and back of each package and to contain images""
With gross images of "side effects". They always comply with regulations, therefore, the get to exist.
But they have most of these small companies in a bind, basically a catch 22.All humans are just a bunch of sporadic clone attempts gone wrong.

Reading through this post 90% of the people chiming in have no f#%%g clue what you are talking about ....geezus christ.
And as for my opinion....WHAT A FRIGGIN WASTE OF TIME/MONEY by the FDA wasting time going after PHs and other supplements...it's crap. Why don't they do some real work and worry about food and other pharmaceutical drugs instead of dietary supplements....oh wait...if the supplement industry paid them off under the table like the other drug companies do they'd be fine....good Christ America sucks sometimes.KettleBURN Fitness and Personal Training

I'll agree with you to a certain point.
However, I have seen in this thread and a multitude of others that the government should try to regulate places like Mc Donald due to the rise of obesity. That is kind of wrong basically. Obesity is not, solely, going on the rise due to more fast food places popping up. Obesity is going on the rise due to lazy b@stards not getting into shape; this is the reason why cases of obesity is rising
^That statement does not include people who are mentally or physically challenged/disabled for they cannot help what some other person is doing for them, feeding them, etc.All humans are just a bunch of sporadic clone attempts gone wrong.

Look at it this way, they cannot pass a bill banning PH or DS, they have to schedule a substance to make it illegal. Right now the FDA is using scare tactics, this is why things are being pulled from the market.
This will give way to more products down the road and hopefully some truly new products that are not on the list of ""banned substances""
As long as the cash crop is there, companies will continue to sale grey area supplements
Now if the supplement industry becomes regulated and controlled by the FDA forget itFat Man Typing
