well I'm assuming you've got their pants off... Take off your shirt continue to make out/finger her while on top... get her undressed... if she's not digging in your pants don't be afraid to pull it out after a while, if she freaks, or says no... at least you tried dude.

exactly some girls dont go for wat they want till temptation is right infront of them plus try the 2 steps forward 1 back rule. kiss then back off, then kiss then touch then back off then kiss then touch then try to go under clothes then back off to kissing alone then try to go under cloths or try to take them off and keep progressing this will let u see where shes comfortable or not, and if u went to far, dont give up just go back 2 steps before where she was comfortable ie if going down her pants is wierd just go back to kissing and keep ur hands to urself wait till she gets more into it then progress forward again
