when i first started workin out i weighed in at 110~, within the first 6 months i put on 30 pounds of muscle fairly easily with 3k calories a day. after about the first 6 months tho, im no longer making gains, it just stopped cold turkey. it wasnt gradual at all, i went from gaining 5 pounds a month to 0 and i even tried uppin the cals to 4000 a day and still nothing. i dont see y all the sudden id go from making good gains to none. i havent changed anything other than increasing the calories. any ideas as to why my weight gain would stop so abruptly like that?

You mean you gained a 30 pound mixture of muscle and fat.
Gaining 30 pounds of solid muscle in 6 months is god like.
Anyways, I just think your metabolism is higher. Having more muscle mass automatically keeps your metabolism raised, and that may possibly have something to do with it.Oct/Nov Weight loss Challenge
