I know that feel.
BRB, our rom's are about 2.5x's someone elses.
BRB, doing Mil press and touching the ceiling crew.
Over the years I learned to take advantage of our lengthy ROM with TUT (time under tension)
Larges are too tight in the upper body area but loose in the stomach.
XL's I don't even look like I lift.

You know it. I've had to use every powerlifting technique to get to even moderately respectable poundage on the bench (wide grip, retracting shoulder blades tight tight tight and arching like a mofo).
Don't feel bad. When I wear a tee I don't even look like I lift either. In fact, at 182 lbs I look like a skinny piece of s**t in an XL. rrrrrrrrrLast edited by ameindel; 09-18-2013 at 12:45 PM.

6"3 here, I agree t shirts are a biatch! XL is baggy, and can't fit my shoulders in a Large. As for suits, its bespoke every time, can't ever get enough arm length!
I'm glad i found this thread, after years of reasoning with training buddies that due to levers it's harder for me to lift heavy! It always sounds like a lame excuse!
At the end of the day, most guys would kill to be over 6 foot! Lets make the most of our natural advantage!
Go hard, or go home.

I am not too sure exactly of the conversion, I am 187cm.. which I guess puts me at about 6.2 or 6.3 ft. It is not unusual for Guys to be my height here in South Africa, Although I am reasonably taller than most.
I will walked accompanied, and rest peacefully knowing all sides of me; left, right front and back will be inevitable joy, because from here on out, everything is going to be ok.

I know SA isn't Europe but when I visited places like Denmark and such I felt right at home.
90% of everyone was 6 foot plus.
Cliffs: Asia
Try being a Chinese 6'3 dude visiting Japan and China.
BRB, Are you a professional basketball player
But chicks here in California dig taller dudes because they can wear them 6 inch heels and still be shorter than me.
Been there brah.

6ft2 here. 3 and 4 with shoes on. Lot of my guy friends say im taller and they claim 6ft2 when they are like 6 ft- something I find funny is when guys on there faceboo profile list height as 6 ft when they are clearly 5ft10 or even 5-9, I know a guy in my gym that does this and it makes me laugh at him when i see him

I was checking out of a New York City hotel and carefully going over a complicated bill not paying attention to anything around me. When I finished, I turned around and everyone in the lobby towered over me by 4 inches or more. I went weak at the knees and felt like I was moved into another dimension. Turned out it was a basketball convention checking in. I was one of the shortest in the room. Gave me a new perspective.
If I knew I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself.
