Not a bodybuilder by any stretch but I am 6'5'' if that helps. I'm glad I found this forum, the suggestions on places to find shirts that fit will be a life saver. I have some medium tall plain t-shirts and polos from Old Navy but they are still too short for my liking, anyone know of anywhere else that has shirts that might be longer?

I'm 6'1" and just getting into some hardcore training. Walmart has good fitting polos. The best that I can find actually. They fit my arms and are long enough. Give it a look if you ever hit up the hill billy shopping center.

6'5" here.....can't proclaim myself a bodybuilder until I burn off a bunch more unwanted fat. I lift 6 days/week and cardio 3-5 days / week.

    Eating right.

Cut way back on booze n' beer.

    Sleeping enough.

    Growing younger every day.

Was wearning 6x shirts in February of this year. Now I'm comfortably in a 3x and continuing to drop.

Muscle gains are up during this weight loss, too.

    Life is good.
I may look like Santa Claus.....but I'm feeling like Elvis...........

SUP EVERYBODY.... Im sitting at 6'2 and was always the super skinny kid growing up. I hit 6'2 in the 9th grade so i was like 1 0f 3 dudes at the time as a freshman that tall back in the day..So Im used to my height by now cuz 9th grade was a while ago..LOL...But around 20-22 something happened and my body finally unlocked the hidden potential to respond to wieghts and training...I Joined the military In 2008 at 6'2 185 and after a few yrs of training at my heaviest I got up to 260....My body just grows now and does what I want it too..As long as I continue to train...On the down side when Im not eating and training to be a bodybuilder I dont get fat I lose Size....SO as many of us taller gents/ladies out there that have ever tried to put muscle on dont get discouraged and keep training...And dont forget Genetics does Play a part Not everyone was ment to be a Natural Freak No matter how hard you train and how much you want it..!!! Keep training and Lift like today is your last !!! Duces!!!!

6'1" Myself and wish I was 2 or 3 taller! just starting out but starting to see some positive change.. Weighing 186 I think but want to get to a ripped 120 at least. Saw one guy the other day that looked about 6'6 maybe even more and he was the Perfect size. nothing but awe.

Always been a skinny runt but I'm eating right, bulking hard and training harder, 2 months in now and can't wait to see my comparison in a year.

Understand what you're saying about the arms though, I ruin my biceps and they're just so slow! Tee's aren't too much of a problem for me yet, sure when I'm yoked I'll really wanna show em off but for now the baggy shirts look fine.

6'4" 250 lbs here... I just started lifting seriously for the first time in about 3 1/2 years. I am about 10lbs in the mid section from that desired 6pack... Although I haven't lifted in a long time I am noticing substantial gains in just over 3 weeks. This is due to genetics and an extremely high natural testosterone level that can get me into trouble sometimes. I used to get accused of being on steroids when I lifted, and is a reason I quit. Now I'm getting addicted to the feeling I get after a lift again, and I'm loving it. I am curious if anyone else prefers to use dumbbells vs regular bench press?... I feel like I get more out of it, and as a result I now have 18" biceps and growing... Also, I am looking for suggestions on motivational strategies to get started lifting legs, as I have not yet but will soon begin to look silly and top heavy. I lift by myself with no partner, and I hate the feeling after doing squats for the first time.

So cool to see a community of tall bodybuilders.
I was always tall, skinny and goofy growing up - I used to hunch a little, up until the age of about 14/15 when people started catching up.
Now I'm 6'3" and bulking up nicely. The more I read, learn, and put into practice the more confident I'm getting.
And I'll soon be a qualified trainer in the UK so I can help others achieve their goals.

Who else has a hard time finding shirts that are long enough and not baggy. It seems big and tall stores emphasis the BIG part.

6'3" and yea, I need to buy extra large jackets and sweaters just to fit my arms in, and then I can fit 3 people in the chest part.

I know this is old, but I'm 6'5'' in a half, but with shoes on, I'm a bit taller. Anyways, I use to hate being tall and lifting weights. Even when squatting, but I've over-come that sh!t and just start enjoying being a big azz dude. The intimidation factor, not to mention my charismatic personality wins everytime. When I started packing on the muscle, everything went into place.
