Great product but it messed with my sleep. Great pumps and strength.

what time of day did you take it? wondering as ive heard the same from some ppl who use the product in the evening. personally i havent had any issues with it, but i use it at around 9am on lifting days.

I work the 3rd shift and I used to get up around 730 at night and then take it. I would go to bed around 2 to 230PM. I would have a have a hard time sleeping still with all that time that passed after I took it. I now go to the gym right after work which is at 945am. I had to throw the stuff out.

any muscle pharm reps want to give us an estimate of how much creatine and citrulline malate is in it? i know how much beta alanine, but i like my pre-workouts to have 5 grams of creatine and 4-5 grams citrulline malate

no side affects, just beta tingles, i personally like that its a cleaner energy than most preworkouts. i dont feel like im on meth while taking it.

if by " ignite muscle growth, increase power output, maximize concentration, and super charge your energy and stamina" is what you mean by the description, i'd say for the most part yeah. not sure about "igniting muscle growth" but creatine increases power output, caffeine and 1,3 dimeth increase concentration, along with super charge your energy, and beta alanine and citrulline malate increase your stamina.

Buy it bulk and add it.

It's VERY hard to find a product with high doses of cit mal as it's very expensive compared to most of the other ingredients.

Just to clarify guys, there is no 1,3 dimethylamylamine in Assault just caffeine. The other numbers are correct though,
5g creatine
3g BA
2g CM

The 2g CM dose seemed to be the most effective amount we came up with when we first tested the product. Anything above that amount really did not show substantial evidence of being any more effective when combined with the rest of the ingredients in the product.
