What carbs to eat? If I want to reduce my fiber intake?
Just starting bulking. Never ate this many "quality carbs". I've noticed theres a lot of fiber in my diet right now. Too much....
What carb source is still quality/complex, while being lower in fiber.
Current carb sources
Whole Wheat bread
Whole Wheat Pita
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Brown Rice
Apple
Banana
Is there a way to replace some of those to lower the fiber intake? Or just wait till my body maybe adjusts to this high of fiber intake?

Out of curiosity, what are you considering "too much fiber"?

In addition to the question posed by the above poster, is there a reason you need your carbs to be complex? There's nothing wrong with consuming a variety of different carb sources. No need to limit yourself, especially at 6'2 177, unless you're a distance runner or something.

No specific reason. I guess I've heard it so many times, that its better to have low glycemic bla bla bla....But yes I am a distance runner. But I temporarily "stopped" until december. Currently doing absolutely no cardio in order to put on the muscle.

Our ancestors 50 000 years ago used to eat 100g of fibre each day, with the carb sources listed you won't eat too much fibre.

Exadurated a bit but what i meant was that the cavement used to eat alot of vegetation which was full of fibre and sometimes they would eat up to that much, and it didn't effect them.

Im not saying whether or not it would effect them, but how in the world would you know how much vegetation they ate? Do you have a credible source?

That is true so no i wouldn't know how much vegetation they ate so my assumption is not accurate, and unjustified.

If you're interested, you could also try supplementing with Waxy Maize Starch.

White rice, white potatoes, regular pasta. But like the above poster said, you shouldn't have a problem with too much fiber. That is, as long as your drinking enough, Which you should be doing anyway. If you are having problems though, slowly increase fiber intake so its not such a shock.

i dont understand the whole lower fiber intake, i take in 38-50g daily... It helps keep me regular... but im guessing if you want low fiber carbs aimed for the processed ones.
Gatorade, waxymaize, milk
