    how to get vascular

    how do you get veins in your arms and stuff to pop out i have 1 in my right arm that is thin and only pops in the shower ????

    You have to lower your body fat for them to show.

    i see that lowering body fat is a popular one, doesn't water intake help as well, thought i'd heard that somewhere too... but lowering bodyfat is best bet
